Add items to your cart, choose a delivery address, select your payment method (San Cash wallet, credit/debit card, or cash on delivery), and confirm your order. You'll receive real-time updates as your order is prepared and delivered.

MyPlopPlop accepts multiple payment methods for your convenience: San Cash wallet (our built-in digital wallet), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile money (MonCash, Natcom), and cash on delivery for local orders. Diaspora customers can pay with international cards.

San Cash is MyPlopPlop's built-in digital wallet. You can top it up using a credit/debit card, mobile money, or bank transfer. Once loaded, use it for fast one-tap checkout on any order. San Cash also supports receiving funds from family abroad, earning cashback on orders, and transferring balance to other MyPlopPlop users.

Absolutely! This is one of MyPlopPlop's most popular features. If you're in the diaspora (USA, Canada, France, etc.), you can order groceries, medicine, food, and more for your family and friends in Haiti. Simply add their delivery address and phone number as a recipient. You pay from abroad, and they receive the delivery at their door. You can save multiple recipients for easy reordering.

Joining as a merchant is simple. Sign up for a merchant account, provide your business details (name, location, category), upload your menu or product catalog, and submit for verification. Once approved (usually within 24-48 hours), your store will be live on MyPlopPlop. You'll get access to a merchant dashboard to manage orders, products, and earnings.

To become a MyPlopPlop rider, sign up with a rider account and provide: a valid ID, proof of vehicle (motorcycle or car), and a phone number. After a brief verification process, you can start accepting delivery requests. You'll earn per delivery plus tips, and you can cash out your earnings daily to your San Cash wallet or mobile money account.

Delivery fees vary based on distance and merchant. Typically, fees range from HTG 50 to HTG 250 depending on how far the delivery location is from the store. Many merchants offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount. New customers get 10% off their first order using the code WELCOME10.

Once your order is confirmed, you can track it in real time from the Orders tab. You'll see each step: order received, merchant preparing, rider picked up, and out for delivery. You'll also receive SMS notifications at each stage. The live map shows your rider's location so you always know when to expect your delivery.

If there's an issue with your order (wrong items, missing items, quality problems), you can request a refund directly from the order details page within 24 hours of delivery. Go to Orders > Select Order > Report Issue. Our support team reviews each request and typically processes refunds within 1-2 business days. Refunds are credited to your San Cash wallet or original payment method.

Our Ambassador Referral Program lets you earn money by bringing businesses and drivers to MyPlopPlop! Here's how it works:

1. Get Your Code: Every user gets a unique referral code (e.g. PPJEAN1234) from their Account page.

2. Share It: Share your code with businesses, drivers, or anyone interested in joining the ecosystem.

3. They Sign Up: When someone registers using your code, they're linked to you as their ambassador referrer.

4. You Earn Commissions:
- 5% on business sales: When a referred business generates qualifying sales on the marketplace, you earn 5% of those sales. Business referrals qualify once the business is approved and begins generating activity.
- 2% on driver earnings: When a referred driver completes rides or deliveries, you earn 2% of their fare. Driver referrals qualify once the driver is approved and becomes active.

Example: If a referred business generates $2,000 in qualifying sales, you earn $100. If a referred driver generates $500 in qualifying earnings, you earn $10.

There's no limit to how many people you can refer. The more you share, the more you earn!
